Material Identification:
Special developed compounded powder based on polyethylene, none standard grade. Powder yellow pigmented, other pigments on request.
Good balance for both mechanical en thermal properties.
Good balance between density, stiffness, toughness and flexibility.
Material high impact resistant under different conditions.
Material UV-resistant, stabilized for more than average light- and weather exposure.

Rotational Molding
Manufacturing of hollow objects made in shell-like moulds.
Moulds are charged with a polyethylene powder grade, heated and through a two axes rotation the plastic forms a monolithic layer against the mould surface.
The mould rotation continues during the cooling process, the plastic retains its desired solid shape. After these stages the mould with the final product will be unloaded and a new cycle will start.

Typical spherical design, two shell product, rounded corners, spherical design with outer grooves for extra strength, inner grooves for locking purposes, both shells are connected with nut and bold or fixing pins.
More than average strength and stability, optimal relation between product weight and volume.
